Joseph is an honors graduate of Morgan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. An HBCU graduate, behavioral health professional, published author, and community advocate, Joseph currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Cshantay Publishing™, where he helps guide operational strategy, client engagement, and organizational growth.

Joseph brings a multidisciplinary background grounded in behavioral science, education, community engagement, and strategic operations. His professional training includes certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) as well as Mental Health First Aid and CPR certification, and experience as a financial advisor. His work centers on understanding human behavior, supporting families, and advocating for culturally competent care that respects the lived experiences and cultural identities of diverse communities.

Alongside his professional work, Joseph has been deeply engaged in community education and youth development. He has supported programs in Washington, DC, teaching science and introductory programming concepts to young learners and providing STEM tutoring to help students build confidence in technical subjects. His approach emphasizes accessibility and encouragement, helping students see themselves as capable learners in science and technology fields.

Joseph has also contributed to public service initiatives. As a Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) intern in Prince George’s County, he helped lead a digitization effort for the county, supporting the organization and modernization of records and helping improve access to important information systems.

In addition to his educational and community work, Joseph has experience managing marketing strategies for Cshantay Publishing™, helping grow the organization’s audience to thousands while supporting outreach and engagement with authors and readers. He also provides in-home behavioral therapy services, working directly with individuals and families to support behavioral development and wellness.

As COO of Cshantay Publishing™, Joseph oversees operations, financial coordination, and client onboarding. He works closely with authors during the early stages of their writing journey, helping create a supportive environment where ideas can be developed, stories can be refined, and meaningful work can move from concept to publication.

Through his leadership, professional practice, and community service, Joseph remains committed to education, culturally informed care, and strengthening communities through knowledge, storytelling, and opportunity.
